UAE VAT rate: 5% (applicable to UAE-based clients). For clients based in the EU, the reverse charge mechanism applies where applicable — no UAE VAT will be charged.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All services provided by UPHORIA FZCO are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the user's country of residence.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations within fourteen (14) days. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). If mediation fails within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate legal proceedings before the courts of Dubai, UAE.
